Medical Service

General Outpatient Clinic

Accessible assessment and treatment for common illnesses, minor ailments and everyday healthcare needs.

Putra Medical Centre’s General Outpatient Clinic provides assessment and treatment for common ailments that do not initially require specialist care. It is a practical first point of contact for many everyday health concerns.

Conditions commonly assessed

Patients may visit for fever, cough, cold symptoms, mild digestive problems, uncomplicated skin concerns, minor injuries or other new symptoms. The doctor will assess whether the condition can be managed in the clinic or needs testing, monitoring or referral.

What to expect

Your consultation may include a review of symptoms, basic health measurements and a physical examination. Treatment and follow-up advice will be based on the clinical findings and your medical history.

When to seek urgent care

Go to an emergency department for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, a change in consciousness, sudden weakness, a serious injury or rapidly worsening symptoms. Call Malaysia’s emergency number 999 if someone is experiencing a life-threatening emergency.

What to bring

Bring identification, relevant medical documents and a current list of medicines, supplements and allergies. If symptoms have changed over time, note when they began and any treatment already tried.

Arrange your visit

Contact Putra Medical Centre at 03-6156 4735 to confirm current clinic hours and appointment or walk-in arrangements.
